Avoid this place at any costI had a very very bad experience with Rip Off Shop recently I did an engine swap there and it didn't go well at all after we had agreed on a price I brought them all my parts my used jdm ej205 engine and my jdm wirring loom Andre the owner inspected everything and told me that the wirring loom was COMPLETE after 4 days Andre the owner calls me back and tells me that the main engine connecters that power up the engine are missing supposedly because of extra wirring work I must pay an extra 500$ in fact what happened is that the wirring loom was 100% complete we did inspect it prior to its delivery Andre the owner stole the 2 main engine connectors so he can sell them to someone else and I had to go around looking for connecters for days until I bought new ones these connecters are very very hard to find to make things worst they installed a new exedy oem clutch kit which I payed 420$ plus tax he took my old flywheel which was in good shape and installed a resurfaced flywheel and charged me 85$ on top plus tax it started juddering from the first moment Andre the owner told me to allow it to brake in for a few hundred kilometres the juddering never went away when I called him back after 2000 km he told me that I have pushed the car too much which is not true 2 days after the clutch disc broke on my way to work a spring popped out and I had to spend another 600$ in parts and labor to get it fixed The flywheel they installed was not resurfaced correctly so the disc was rubbing on one side only and the disc hub was all loose and shaking bottom line I don't recommend this place to anyone they don't care about the quality of their work very poor service bunch dishonest liars they talk nice to deceive the customer once your car is inside then they ripp you off the way they want ANDRE YOURE A LIAR AND A THIEF
Le personnel de chez Swap Shop a st prioriser mes demandes et exigences. Jai notamment fait affaire avec Andr, le propritaire et sommes toute, la qualit de la main duvre est hors pair. Au premier abord, jai eu plus que les informations intgrales en ce qui concerne linstallation dun catback et ce, sans pravis que jallais faire affaire avec eux. Suivant la prise de rendez-vous le jour mme, jai t chaleureusement accueilli. Ils ont russi me trouver une place de dernire minute sans complication. Lorsque venue le temps de travailler sur mon auto, Andr ma expliqu en dtail la mthodologie optimale sans prjug. Bref, je recommande fortement cet atelier pour travaux mcaniques.

Un ami a payer 1500$+taxes pour un changement de moteur et il ne l'ont mme pas changer. Senteur de cigarette dans la voiture et elle est ressortie tout sale.Grosse entreprise degeulasse qui font du profit sur le dos des moins connaisseurs.
