The person who designed this whole area was not 'Smart'. One entrance for such a big amount of businesses is ridiculous. There is constant traffic, parking spots are very tight and narrow and the traffic signs need to be revised! The four way stop was taken away at the entrance yet people continue to do a four way stop. It's very dangerous and they should put a sign warning people about the new signalisation or lack thereof. Trying to go to Rona with a trailer isn't easy. Turning in this area is difficult since the roads aren't quite large enough and you often need to use part of the other lane to successfully turn without your trailer hitting the curb.The businesses here are great but 'Smart centres' need to get their act together and fire the person who designed this whole area!
The shopping mall itself is great but it's really badly designed traffic wise. The only two entrances are both on a busy street that goes to the highway and only one lane can turn into the shopping mall, so you can imagine how bad traffic gets on weekends. Once you're in and get through the weirdly designed intersections, you're good to go!

This place has just about everything! Good place to practice your French!
New area got major stores such as winners Walmart dollarama SAQ. Couple restaurants. good to stop by after visiting premium outlets for a better choice of food than the food court there. Gas station is also available there.
