I recently made a purchase of a sauna and I have to say I have had a great service from the staff at Trevi Blainville. They are all helpful and take the time to listen to what your needs are and they propose different solutions. I would like to have a mention 2 in particular.Katrin in sales who made the whole purchase of the Spa go very smoothly. Alexandre who gave the 1 hour course after purchasing and also very helpful when it comes to managing the Spa and any questions or issues which come up after the sale. I also had a good experience with the delivery...I can't remember their names and also The girl which came after the delivery to install my cover support. I would definitely recommend them to anyone who is looking for a fantastic staff for before and after your purchse! :)

They promise a lot of things... Then when it comes to delivery they fail. Make sure you get everything in writing. The finished product looks good but...They subcontract almost everything.The people that came to do the form of the inground pool were the worst people. Upon finishing. They left nails screws bits of metal all over the grass. I have a baby that found a screw in the grass with metal shards.. after that we searched the whole yard and found tons of stuff.Backfilling they left a 1 1/2 foot hole around the pool they said it was done, had to order rocks and dirt to fill up the hole myself. Another $650 and 3 days of manual hard work for me.We hired "trevi"electrician. Was told the only thing that I needed to do was trench the wire. Electrician came. I had to pay for extra wire, fuse box, with breakers.... Another 400$.Last but not least... Was promised everything would be done by the end of July the max... Delivery of materials and start of work was for mid July. Work was completed by the last week of August. For 1 week we couldn't get an answer on when the job would be completed. There goes the summer with the pool.The best people that worked were the excavation team and the pavement installers.Get everything I mean everything in writing. Don't believe anything they say Get it in Writing.

I went to their store on Saturday morning and I had great services. I knew what I wanted and they had it and the service was great. They actually delivered on the spot (no 4 hours window...) and I actually got how from the store and their delivery truck arrived 5 minutes later. Much appreciated!
