Deka Crossfit just moved to a new location and is now one of the finest CrossFit Gyms in the Montreal Area. The Coaching is excellent and they offer specialist classes for Gymnastic movements and Olympic Lifting with Michele Letendre and Eric Chevrier. I would recommend this gym for its awesome community and great workout programming. Check it out!
